WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all orders.Please refer to the chart below to know about the shipping information you want:

  • Free shipping for all orders
  • Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 6-8 business days after placing the order.

*To avoid disputes, some deliveries are experiencing delays given the ongoing COVID-19 challenges and their impact on our global supply chain. If a delay or defect in performance by Seller under this contract is due to force majeure caused by COVID-19, such delay or defective performance will also be deemed to be due to force majeure beyond reasonable control and Seller will not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Ampace as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Ampace, please contact Ampace to make arrangements for reshipment.

We serve most states in the continental United States exclude the 10 states at this time:

  • Virgin Islands (VI)
  • American Samoa (AS)
  • Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
  • Palau (PW)
  • Federated States of Micronesia (FM)
  • Marshall Islands (MH)

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
